The "Before" pics show off the amazing bamboo-leaf motif foil wallpaper in the entry way, the funky globe hall light, the circa 1970 room divider, the cramped kitchen with dark cabinets and protruding fridge, and the generic "apartment carpet" and vinyl flooring.
We're scraping the popcorn texture off the ceilings, installing maple hardwood floors, putting in French sliders in the living room and office, adding a front deck and a second small deck off the office, replacing the room divider with a built-in bookcase, and completely gutting and re-creating the kitchen with a half-wall bar, Brazilian granite counters, and recessed area for the fridge.
